Grant reporting instructions

The report is free-form, with a maximum legth of 4 pages, and must contain:

  • Background, methods, and purpose of the study

  • Principal results and conclusions

  • A statement, how does the study contribute to either food or milk hygiene

  • A report on the use of funds

  • A report on the publications and presentations related to the study

  • Optional attachments:

    • scientific publication or abstract työhön perustuva tiedejulkaisu tai sen abstrakti (can also be submitted retrospectively)

The report is free-form, with a maximum legth of one page, and must contain:

  • A declaration of the delay and possible changes to the original research plan

  • Current phase of the study

  • Timetable for completion of the work

Note that the interim report does not replace the actual grant report, which must be sent to the foundation immediately when the study is finished.

  • A short description of what was achieved during the travel

    • conference abstract (for conference trips)

    • course schedule (for course trips)
